Eat: We’ve made reservations at the best beach front restaurants, and we’ve reserved a private chef to take care of us too! Get ready for some fresh and delicious cuisine local to Florida’s panhandle.

Play: A girl’s trip wouldn’t be a girl’s trip without some fun! We aren’t an all learn-no play kind of conference. Enjoy time on the water in a private catamaran. Enjoy the beach front property and dip your toes in the ocean. Stay poolside and listen to the waves, or take the bikes into town and get some shopping done in Seaside (the cutest  beach town we’ve ever seen)!

 

Relax: When was the last time you drank your coffee in peace, and had some uninterrupted “you time”? We believe that filling your cup is vital. Enjoy morning meditation on your own (we’ll help guide you), fresh coffee, and yoga on the beach taught by Aimee Swain, CRNA, each morning.. Cap it off with a freshly made breakfast in your comfies, and make it poolside.
