Whole Soul Retreats was born with the primary goal in mind of connecting like-minded women together on weekend getaways that fuel the soul, breed knowledge, and breathe life back into our tired, hard-working, so-smart-but-so-burnt-out-bodies. We can’t wait to host you!

Below you will find a wealth of information, and all that you need to get prepared for your retreat with us. We’re type A, and we have a hunch you might be too! So we’ve created everything with that in mind so that you have something to refer back to if you have a question regarding your destination, your packing list, or tips for travel.

Tips for Travel

Getting There
Air Travel: Our villa is about a 25 minute drive away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) . If you choose to fly, we recommend a later arrival time, and a mid-afternoon departure. We will be at the villa ready to welcome you no earlier than 5:00 PM. Prior to that time, we will be putting finishing touches on the house getting it retreat-ready for your arrival!
Airport Transportation: The Whole Soul Retreats team will be getting ready to welcome you to the villa, and we want you to have flexibility with the flights that you choose-so we are leaving transportation from the airport to the villa up to you! There are Uber and taxi options from the airport. Your arrival destination is 7650 E Cortez Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
Travel by car: If you are close by and plan to drive to the villa, there is street parking available on a first come, first serve. Please give us a shout if you plan to drive!

Villa Details
7650 E Cortez Rd: The villa was handpicked to make your stay the most comfortable. Please see the packing list included for recommendations on what you might want to include in your suitcase!
Internet: Wi-Fi is set up for you to use at the villa and there is great service. However we encourage you to go off the grid with us this weekend :) If you have any questions about the villa, don’t hesitate to shoot us an email at wholesoulretreats@gmail.com. Some More Teeny Details
Time Zone: Please note that Scottsdale is within the Mountain Standard Time Zone.
​
Average Temperatures: Scottsdale averages temperatures between 77 and 104 degrees. Rarely it falls below 70, or exceeds 95 degrees in June, but be prepared for some heat!
​
Gratuities: We have taken care of all of the house staff and tour guides gratuity so do not feel obligated to provide any additional tip unless you feel moved to do so.
​
Meals: Our private chef Leigh will be curating 3 meals a day (she is also a beast behind the bar). Snacks and beverages are always available at your disposable. If you have not notified us already via the client intake form, and have a food allergy or distaste for something specific, please shoot us an email so we can ensure that you love every thing that we serve you!
